Can I track my order?

Certainly! Your order confirmation email will have included a tracking number but if you’re having any issues locating your tracking info, please contact us as we’ll be happy to help.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible! We endeavour to dispatch all shipments as soon as we can to ensure as little waiting time as possible for you. If for any reason you suspect that your order may be delayed, please contact our support team and we will look into this for you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. If for any reason your order may be delayed, please contact us so that we can check your order for you.

Once I place my order, can I change my delivery address?

This will depend on whether your order has been shipped by the time that you contact us. We will accommodate you wherever possible so please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

This will depend on whether your order has already been shipped or not. Please get in contact with us at your earliest convenience and we will check to see if a change/cancellation is possible. We will always accommodate your request where possible.

Can I exchange an item once the order has been completed?

Unfortunately, all completed orders are non-exchangeable.

Returns

Can I return an item?

In the event that you change your mind and wish to return an item, we must ask that you contact us and ship the product(s) back to us within 14 days from the time of delivery.

We must also ask that you return your item(s) unopened and sealed in the original packaging, along with the completed returns form.

How do I return an item/product?

If you wish to return an item/product, please contact us to request a returns form. You can reach us at +448082812639 or via email at [email protected] and we will arrange for a form to be shipped out to you.

Once this form is completed, please ensure that you use a courier service that offers tracking of your package as we require tracking on all returns packages.

How long do I have to request a return?

We must ask that you contact us and ship the product(s) back to us within 14 days from the time of delivery.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

In the unlikely event that you have returned a product that is then inspected and deemed by us to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

We do not cover the cost of shipping for any items returned due to a customer having changed their mind (must be shipped within 14 days from time of delivery).

How will it take for my returns request to be processed?

Once you have submitted your returned order to us, please allow for 5 to 10 working days for this process to be completed.

The products arrived damaged/faulty, can I return them?

If you feel that the item you have purchased may be faulty, we will arrange for a return of your order so that it may be submitted for inspection. In the unlikely event that your product is deemed faulty, we will happily refund your item including all postage.

What is the return address?

The returns address will be included on the returns form that is shipped to you once you contact us to request a return within 14 days from time of delivery.

Will I get my refund back through my original payment method?

Yes, we will refund back to the original method of payment charged only.
